Don't give up your power to someone else. Sure, you can't control what your husband does or doesn't do, but you are still the one in control of your life and what you do with it. It's natural to be scared and afraid, but you can ultimately choose a different path for yourself. And don't feel like you have to suffer in silence or go through this alone. Follow the suggestion and contact Al Anon - it really can make a world of difference to you having the support of others who understand what you're going through. Never ever give up because you can get through this. All the Best.
